• Powers on, touchscreen works and displays an image with no dead pixels or pressure marks
• Ports work
• Charges properly
• No more than light wear and tear / no heavy cosmetic scratching
• If your device uses iOS7, 8 or 9, find my iPhone must be turned off and device must be removed from iCloud

Poor

• Fully functional and complete with working system software
• Powers on
• No working power supply and / or missing original USB power adapter, charger / USB 2.0 cable (where applicable)
• Missing SIM gate (where applicable)
• Heavy wear and tear beyond normal usage
• If your device uses iOS7, 8 or 9, find my iPhone must be turned off and device must be removed from iCloud
• 3 or more of the above faults render it Faulty

Faulty

• Non fully functional in accordance with model specifications
• Blocked / Locked non UK carrier
• Does not power on / faulty battery (does not hold charge)
• Damaged ports or faulty / cracked / bleeding screen
• Liquid damage and / or dead pixels / pressure marks
• If your device uses iOS7, 8 or 9 find my iPhone is turned on and / or device has not been removed from iCloud
• 3 or more Poor condition faults
